Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our team. The team is curious, dynamic, ambitious, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovative design and strategic thinking. As a Senior Designer you will be responsible for leading the design and creative direction of our projects (Branding – Web – Campaign), working collaboratively with other designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create compelling visual content that drives business results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from end to end to develop bold, compelling and breakthrough creatives; from early-stage brainstorming and concept development through to go-live execution.
• Design and roll out compelling visual identities, designs and marketing assets for various competitions, products, and campaigns (logos, key visual, UI designs, campaigns, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, sponsorship, product, broadcast, etc.) to understand business goals and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers and brand implementation leads, ensuring that all design work meets our standards of quality and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate these into our design strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and coordinating with various departments and external suppliers to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain and further develop a network with creative suppliers.
• Follow current trends on visual communication and propose relevant ideas to improve the brand’s resonance.
• Multimedia experience and strong technical understanding of producing, preparing and handing over artwork for both print and digital projects.
• Recognize the possibilities beyond the scope of the assignment. Bring a passion and strength for explaining the strategic thought behind creative decisions to partners across departments.

Requirements:

• Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creative vision, aesthetic execution, and ability to solve complex design problems.
• Proficient understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as other design tools and software (Figma).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent at understanding, providing and implementing feedback.
• Ability to think strategically about design and its impact on business goals.
• Passion for innovation and curiosity about emerging design trends.
• Good knowledge of digital, online, offline, print, and OOH process;
• Experience in marketing agencies or design studios or corporate marketing departments;
• Languages: Italian and German.
