We took care of the integrated communication of the real estate agency Area Domus from Bolzano creating initiatives which develop brand awareness and improve sales.

The real estate agency Area Domus from Bolzano chose us from Mercurio Studio to handle its physical and digital communication. In doing so, the goal was to improve its image on the local market and to get concrete support for initiatives and activities regarding real estate trading. This task allowed us to implement our holistic and vertical approach to communication by making different channels work together with only one goal in mind: the client’s success.

Every journey starts with a single step.

Loyal to our holistic and vertical approach, we started redefining the basic elements of communication. Font, imagery, primary and secondary colours were revised in order to give the client a definite image able to establish itself on the competitive local market and thereby to improve the brand’s memorability.

The value of the image.

After the guidelines for the agency’s image were set, we concentrated on developing its digital presence based on three channels: the agency’s website, platforms for real estate trading, and social networks.

Regarding the website, we worked to adapt the digital showcase of Area Domus to the new brand image focusing on the quality of the photographical material. Analysing the competitors, we had come to the conclusion that most of the photographic material that can be found in real estate advertising nowadays, is of poor quality. Therefore, we asked our photographic team to do photoshoots able to show with clarity and transparency the quality of the real estates sold by the agency.

This photographic material was used to create ads on real estate trading platforms as well. This way, the quality of the presentation of the agency’s selection of real estates was improved. It allowed Area Domus to stand out among competitors and contributed to the brand being recognized for its attention to detail.

Knowledge sharing for advertising.

Social networks were the third channel we chose for the communication of Area Domus. Also in this case, in order to stand out among competitors, we chose not to use social media just as regular feeds for real estate advertising.

Instead, we focused on the creation of information columns dedicated to themes regarding the market and real estate properties. The resulting editorial plan was used to present to and share with the followers Area Domus’ know how and helped improving its visibility and creating a relationship based on trust with clients and potential clients all over the territory. Furthermore, we planned and put in practice a set of advertising campaigns to acquire the lead of potential sellers, who might be interested in entrusting the mediation of their real estate sale to the agency. The coordination and integration of those activities allowed Area Domus to establish itself as a prestigious partner for clients and as a desirable business for
potential employees.
